Horrible experience. First time I went, waited an hour and a half to be seen. Thought it was just a bad day so I got over it. Second time, they’d listed me as having medical appt even though I’d just had one 6 months ago. I was there for a regular eye exam. So guess what? They tried to reschedule me FOR A WEEK LATER. Absolutely no respect for a customers time. This seems to be a trend with eye docs nowadays. SMH.

I love Jahnle Eye Associates! The care is the best, the staff is helpful , very professional and attentive, and the office experience is great! (I love the decor and overall calm feeling that the Havertown office gives me). Dr. Jahnle is wonderful; I have been using his services for many years now. I never met another doctor who was as 'enthralled' with their specialty. The other specialists he has brought on board have been excellent as well; my husband sees the retinal specialist. Five Stars well deserved for this group.
