It was easy to make the appointment, I think they have a 24 hour answering service. After the appointment was made, they sent a reminder text the day before. The day off they called me about 20 minutes before arriving. Thomas and Tom did the service today and they did a great job! They arrived on time, did an inspection and talked me through what needed to be done and then completed the work very quickly. Overall, very happy and I will call Jahn again the next time I need something.
The electricians were very professional, clean with their work, and quick. Their service was excellent, and I truly appreciate the quality and efficiency they provided.
Both Tom and Thomas were great at diagnosing the issue quickly and switching out the malfunctioning breaker. They were professional, kind, and able to give me a quote about other projects needed done the road.
Very friendly and spot on work. Scheduling was easy and they got us taken care of quickly. Great service and price was definitely fair for the size of the jobs.
Thomas and Tom showed up when they were supposed to, quickly troubleshooted all the issues and had them all repaired within an hour. I couldn't be happier!
