This was an estimate for landscaping lights (10) front of the house, just wiring. Service tech’s Tom and Thomas were very nice gentleman but, you’re pricing structure is way over the line. For me to set all the lights and run wire. You to hang transformer and connect lines, that’s outrageous.,thanks anyway.

I was purchasing a house and needed an estimate for some work that needed done. They told me over the phone it would be $79 to get the estimate and if I use them that would be taken off the total bill. I was disappointed that when they came out they charged me just over $300 just for the estimate no repairs or anything and was told the $79 was just to get them there. Excellent service, fair and transparent pricing and great communication. Helped us out of a major jam when the utility pole that supplies power to our home caught fire and damaged our meter box and breaker panel. We have an adult son w/ a developmental disability and Jahn electric was very compassionate and understood our need to have power restored quickly!

We were charged for "cut pvc down low and install expansion fitting" and reset meter base. They brought the wrong expansion fitting , so they did not install one, but moved the base and reinstalled it. After talking to the tech and office, we were still charged for the part and labor to install the part. It took them 1-1/2 hours to do the work.
