Everyone and their mom seems to be a realtor in Nanaimo, and everyone "has a guy". Sure, but they're no Carlee. Do your homework and do some interviews, but make sure to include Carlee. Carlee stood out for her family focus and knowledge of school catchments, responsiveness, professionalism and candidness. She's not a pushy realtor - in fact, she dissuaded us from putting an offer on two homes we were considering because she knew from our body language we didn't love it.
