Good service, rapid turnaround
I was recommended to Jahann And Sons by a friend to clean my rugs when I was moving from my house to an apartment. Mr. Jahann was so gracious and helpful, and his employees that came to pick up the rugs knew exactly what every rug was, and gave recommendations on what was best as far as cleaning and repairing. They were good enough to hold onto my rugs.(11 in total.) until I moved to my next location. On the day of delivery Mr. Jahann himself delivered the rugs, and with his helper put the rugs down. We bought two beautiful rugs at great prices!
Owner is very nice at this store. I brought in a rug that I wasn’t sure what it’s value was. Unfortunately it was not a real Persian rug but the owner was very nice and showed me the difference between machine and handmade rug. Hopefully one day I will be able to purchase one of their unique rugs.
