Very bad customer service. I don’t know with kind of service how the government still allows them to work. I will change my PMD right now.
Dr. Panah is a great doctor. She works hard and she always helps me. I have the best experiences here!
This is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent medical office I have ever encountered. If legal action is an option, I strongly encourage pursuing it. The staff demonstrates a shocking lack of concern for patient health and safety, operating with clear disregard for ethical standards. Their primary focus is profit not patient care. For your own well being, I urge you to seek a different primary care provider your health may depend on it
