Dr. Panah is a great doctor. She works hard and she always helps me. I have the best experiences here!
This is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent medical office I have ever encountered. If legal action is an option, I strongly encourage pursuing it. The staff demonstrates a shocking lack of concern for patient health and safety, operating with clear disregard for ethical standards. Their primary focus is profit not patient care. For your own well being, I urge you to seek a different primary care provider your health may depend on it
I Called to reschedule my first appointment. I was met by the rudest woman who not only treated me like garbage but hung up on me. She wouldn't let me get a word out or ask any questions. Every single time I've called she has acted this way but she's never hung up on me. Safe to say I'll be finding a new primary care. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.
