I had a very bad experience. We called earlier in the day to make an appointment for a hair cut, and we were told that we could just walk-in. When we arrived, someone told us it would be an hour and a half wait, so we waited because the reviews seemed good. However when it came time for the hair salonist to cut my mom’s hair, she took maximum 1 minute and cut her hair without wetting it.
