Have totally enjoyed my experience in buying a Jaguar 2024 F-Type from this dealership. It began by ordering the car in February with Pooya, him continually keeping me updated on the build progress, and notifying me on June 2 the car had arrived. Dealt with Danny to sign and finalize the paper work and worked with Charles, their tech person, to resolve an infotainment issue. Great experience overall. I came in for an oil change, wiper replacement, and to check a small oil leak. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I also really appreciated how easy they made the process, including arranging Uber rides both ways. The level of service truly stands out compared to other premium brands.
My service rep was great. The things that were probably out of her control were not so great. The warranty company and their communication was bad. I turned my car in March 26. No loaner cars available. I had to rent a car the first week. Out of desparation I asked again for loaner car. I got one. I finally got my car back yesterday April 22. $10000 was my cost. My service guy was great. I have no complaints about him. He was courteous kind and took care of me while I was there that I would give five stars. When I don’t give five stars as to Jaguar dealership when you spend a sufficient amount of money on buying a new car and you are told do not bring it back for two years for service.
