I’m very disappointed that I have to write this specific location a negative review. I have been waiting for over a week to be contacted by an advisor in regard to servicing my vehicle. Every time I call there are no advisors available and have to wait for a callback that I have yet to receive. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable coming from such a prestigious luxury car company.
It was a good visit. My tech Eddie explained everything about my repair and ordered a part to fix my car. The part took longer than expected to arrive but in the end after I followed up my car was quickly fixed.
Highly recommended Jaguar franchise. White Plains Jaguar is the only Jaguar franchise in the area who can service my 2000 Jaguar XK8. The website for setting up appointments is convenient. The staff is cordial.
My service advisor was Jeff and he was absolutely AMAZING! He was very thorough and helpful. He made my service visit seamless.
