I highly recommend the service department at Jaguar of White Plains. Their staff was courteous and professional, kept me informed throughout and my car was ready on time. They also included a car wash! Thank you.
I was serviced by the Tech, Mateo, and Cara was the service rep. They both answered my questions and handled my maintenance flawlessly. Mateo went out of his way to share some updates to the vehicle for hands free. Cara was very accomodating, and ensured I was happy.
I purchased my Subaru from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains. The service I receive for my Subaru and the attention they provide me is what will keep me going back
They were going to charge me about $800 for a new key fob so over $1000 to get a new key fob and have it programmed. Call to two other Jaguar dealers in the area and both were about half.
Courteous, and professional with great customer service! I recently bought a previously owned E300 Mercedes from them. Salesman Ron Thomas went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great purchase experience and I did!
