I am very frustrated and disenchanted with Jaguar Waterloo. I called on November 17th… the soonest my car could be seen is December 10th. I write this on February 27th finalizing the PARTIAL repair of my car. There has been no follow up with me. I have been hit with excuses when I don’t have my calls returned. Further to that, I only have updates when I take time off to come in person. Then it’s alway “you’re on my list” and seemingly NEVER near the top for a loyal client.
