Vehicles held too long for repairs. Horrible loaner vehicle services for certified customer. Failure to make certified warranty repairs. Repaired a flood damaged vehicle without branding the title as salvaged. Also customer found an active GPS tracker that was installed on the vehicle which is still under investigation. This was found under the dash on driver's side of the vehicle.
Was cutoff on the interstate by someone driving a courtesy vehicle and when I reached out they didn’t want to be bothered.
I believe this dealership is closed down.
