We had to go in to have some recall parts (Door latches) replaced on my S60 Volvo. They ordered the parts and we scheduled the service. We dropped it off and was told it would be a day job. I did not hear back from anyone and finally I reached someone who told me it was not done until the next day. By end of day it was complete and we picked it up. Worst warranty service I’ve ever experienced. Typically, luxury car dealers have exceptional service and professionalism. NOT this establishment. I brought my vehicle down 4 times for the same issue. Staff unable to diagnose or fix the issue. Later the staff and management stopped answering my calls to reschedule requested warranty service. As a result, I drove 4 hrs to the next closest dealer where the issue was promptly identified, fixed, and the staff was professional, responsive, and competent. I have been having my Jag F-Pace serviced by your service department for a few years & never had much of a problem before, however the latest experience has left a lot of doubt & confidence in your service department. You had my car for nearly a month, I had to call every time to get a status update on my vehicle. Went to have my brakes looked at since one back brake is wearing more than the others. Discovered it when Les Schwab was switching out my winter tires. I'm a new owner of my Jaguar so I took it to the dealership since in my 28 years as a car owner I have never had this. Especially when Les Schwab mentioned that one tire wear like that wasn't normal especially when the vehicle has just over 30,000 miles. So I went in. I had an appointment for an oil change. I paid $1400.00 for a 64,000 mile check up and by the time I got home the low brake fluid light came on. I specifically asked them o check the brakes and brake fluid. I asked for the car to be washed and they brought it up dirty. Not my best visit.
