Very clean and welcoming!
Make sure you check your spare tire after service. My extra 22" full spare was stolen and replaced with a doughnut during my 3 hour $1100 service. I knew something was wrong after I left and heard a noise after each speed bump. I told Rich afterwards but was assured it was nothing. My service was on October 28th but I only checked it in January 2024. I can't believe this would happen at a JLR shop. They claim no video and are denying it happened. Look at their score. Went I. For regular service. Very clean very professional service. Took the same amount of time they said it would and the washed the car.
My car was there 2 weeks. I called multiple times trying to figure out what was going on with my car. At one point I was told my car wasn't even there. I knew this was a lie since my car was towed there. Never in my life have I experienced such poor service.
