Jaguar Solon's Service Department is HORRIBLE BEWARE!! The service manager Scott Straffen is rude and lacks compassion, there service team is also horrible with keeping clients in the loop of things and not very honest when it comes to business dealings they over charged me for labor according to my warranty department and so I had to pay more than my deductible to fix my car.
