Actual crooks. Took my money to fix the vehicle. I got the vehicle back pulling to the left. Immediately told them. 9 months later after another engineer checked the vehicle to confirm pulling to the left, they looked at it. After a road test with their engineer he confirmed it pulling to the left. He later told my insurance it wasn’t and refused another road test. I was called whilst at work at 425 collect the vehicle by 5 or be subject to charges. AVOID AT ALL COST!
very friendly staff , very helpful and accommodating, I only went in for some parts for my car but was treated like I was buying a brand new car.
My volvo xc60 was repaired by rybrook in July 2021 after it sustained body work damage to the nearside due to an accident. They had my vehicle for just over a week and charged the insurance company around £4500. Since receiving the car back I have contacted the garage multiple times since August because the car has been pulling to the left.
