Shocking 8,500 dollar quote for what turned out to be a 600 dollar fix. This review is for their service centre not their sales staff. I recently had my Jaguar towed to Jaguar Royal Oak for a diagnostic. The service advisor told me upfront the diagnostic fee would be 277 dollars (tax in), which was perfectly reasonable.
