Absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my new Jaguar! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle rather than pushing a sale.
Shocking 8,500 dollar quote for what turned out to be a 600 dollar fix. This review is for their service centre not their sales staff. I recently had my Jaguar towed to Jaguar Royal Oak for a diagnostic. The service advisor told me upfront the diagnostic fee would be 277 dollars (tax in), which was perfectly reasonable. He is approachable, friendly and someone you feel you can trust. Between himself and Jordan I was very happy with the outcome.
