My Service Advisor Jon, always does a great job of explaining what is needed or recommended from the Service Technician. Jon is the very first Service Advisor that I have been able to TRUST when I’m given the estimate of work. Jon always provides detailed information with a no pressure approach, and Jon has never given the typical dramatic what-if scenarios that I always get from the Los Angeles Jaguar-Land Rover Service Advisor. No one likes bringing their car in for service, but my service advisor Sam makes the experience pleasant and professional. This past week i had my Jaguar in for 30K service, new tires, new battery and a coolant part which was leaking. One part didn't come in so they needed the car an extra day. He was so apologetic. I was not concerned in the least as they had provided me a loaner. He is always concerned about the customers needs first. Sure no one likes to have a big service bill.
