I called for some info and to order a new licence plate holder. I spoke to service, parts, and another gentleman Simon; all were courteous and professional and the wait time was zero. Great first experience with Jaguar Ottawa
Manipulative and cowardly management. Breaking OMVIC rules in their advertising practices and won't reply when called on it. I have reported them to OMVIC for advertising cash prices and not indicating that if you want to finance it will be a $20,000 increase in the sale price of the car before financing. Ridiculous place.
Great experience at Jaguar Land Rover Ottawa! Service team was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Worked to make sure my issue was resolved and everything was in tip top shape. Simon (product specialist) was amazing as well! He quickly helped me link my new car to me to be able to set up the app. Took the time to explain everything in such a friendly and professional manner! Best in Class service all around!
