Was told should be done in an hour. Just a tire change. 4 hours later still waiting, just bought the car 2 weeks ago. Then sent me a bill for $550 dollars when I purchased tire protection warranty, so there should be no charge. First and last time taking my car there for service. Awful!
Excellent service from start to finish
Don’t go there. Ever. They are rude and condescending. I’ve had many interactions with car dealerships and Mt Kisco Jaguar was by far the worst. The sales manager was so rude, I almost left Jaguar cars all together. White Plains Jaguar is not far away and you will be treated with respect there. I just bought my F-Pace from White Plains and it was a great experience!
