Worst ever brand and service They sale you warranty for 6000$.and they say everything is covered , but incase anything happens to car for eg: any software issue or something else. They will call you and say it is not covered under warranty, and you will have to pay . Two things either dont buy that brand , in case you nought it, then never ever buy warranty from them. They will force you to buy , but instead decline that. My car has been sitting in JLR for about one month, and they still never sought out anything . Worst bra... read more
As a Jaguar owner for over 50 years this was a disappointing and frustrating experience . Replaced my back up camera for 2018 Jag XER , however was given a generic multiple models choice camera , that does not work and their policy is electronics opened are non returnable even if they are not fit for purpose intended ?The only save was the advisor Mark who did a great job..The company itself is useless
