As a Jaguar owner for over 50 years this was a disappointing and frustrating experience . Replaced my back up camera for 2018 Jag XER , however was given a generic multiple models choice camera , that does not work and their policy is electronics opened are non returnable even if they are not fit for purpose intended ?The only save was the advisor Mark who did a great job..The company itself is useless

At one time dealing with previous ownership we were told the his Jaguar was a domonstrator. Apparently his Juguar was previously sold. This person had many problems with his jaguar threaten to publish information in London free press. The president accepted this jaguar back, then sold to me several weeks later as a demonstrater. We had many problems primarily electrical issues. We eventually sold few years later @$12,000 with large loss. We loved our many other jaguars starting at 1958 sedan. Cheers Ron Postian
Benny and alban are great sales guys but I came from 250 km away to view RCF for sale It was all scratched out and full of stone chips 50K car but thr manager here when he came out he had so much attitude and did not know to talk and tells me he has 20 years experience but knows nothing at all Looked like a joke to me Please send him to auto school and teach him more about cars and customer service I had the cash to buy car on the spot but feel sad for them they couldnt make a sale ! Good luck
