I stopped using this service center a few years ago after several consistently bad experiences. The current ratings and recent 5-star reviews don’t reflect what I dealt with. When I looked closer, many of the accounts leaving glowing reviews have very limited review history. I suspect they hired a online reputation firm. Worth digging into reviews on other platforms like Yelp and asking around before deciding to service your car here.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Jorge Rojas, the service advisor. I must say he was incredibly courteous, compassionate and helpful. He’s a very fine representation of Jaguar Land Rover Santa Monica.
Parts are not cheap here but the people in service department was very kind and helpful
“Jeffrey Completely Changed My Experience!” This is my third Range Rover from the same Santa Monica dealership.
