I had a problem with the service department and the general manager Zachary Blau stepped in, and I am blown away by his commitment to 110% customer satisfaction. He is excellent and a true leader. For sales call Rusty, a Sony and avoid at all costs service coordinator, Douglas Smith, who should be terminated. It’s shame that DOUGLAS is a stain on this five star review and hopefully the situation with him will be rectified . I’ll be back to buy my next vehicle there!

My vehicle was serviced for the first time this past Saturday. This was only the second time I have been there and both experiences were anything but enjoyable. To elaborate on this past weekend, I had my appointment scheduled a month in advance. When I arrived, unbeknownst to me there was not a Land Rover service advisor present. Extremely rude and insensitive sales manager Marcus Hawkins. Rudely said that it is my car and I will do whatever I want. Would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. They treat you as if you are irrelevant and are not willing to even listen to you. They will do whatever they want you to do. There are many other places to shop around.

Worst dealership ever. I have been in the car business for 20 years & know how this is supposed to work. They treated my daughter that is young (25 yo) as if she couldn’t afford or buy the unit, so they profiled her, were very rude to her & talked down to her, especially Todd!! Then when I got involved, I offered 95K plus TT&L for the car. They accepted. Excellent service. I had to turn my car in because of a car air bag recall. I was late and didn't know who I had an appointment with. The customer service man was so polite. He took me in his office pulled up the info on his computer. He saw someone else was supposed to handle the info but he didn't turn me away. He took care of everything I needed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! IM REGRETTING IT BIG TIME!!! Going thru a very bad experience RIGHT NOW! with these Rude, Despicable people! I purchased a 2021 Land Rover RR Velar P400 R-Dynamic I purchased this vehicle on Saturday 06/12/2021, drove it approx 120 miles that day. Next morning 06/13/2021 heading home, approx 3 minutes into the ride, the car begins to sputter and misfire violently We stopped to add fuel, thinking maybe the fuel in the tank (from dealership)was bad..... topped off tank and continued home spu... read more

Bought a discovery in June 2020 off of Bobby and it is now September and they have still not sent my paperwork to the WV dmv. Have been calling for weeks and dory does not know how to rerun a phone call or so her job. The salesman is completely out of the picture and pawned this issue off on someone else. Bought our last la d rover at Bobby regal and regret not going back. Even if you save money think twice it’s not worth the headache of the incompetence you deal with afterwards.
