Bad just bad bad bad all around a scam system of lies cheating and markups over MSRP and attempts to trick consumers into believing there's a shortage of Rovers. They also claim you can not buy a Land Rover at a dealership outside the region closest to your home. I proved them wrong and bought elsewhere, and not at a sister owned dealership like mission viejo.
I to have had the same shady experience from Newport Beach Land Rover. I took my car in for service and only to receive a phone call that I needed an additional service because of the gas in California which he told me it is recommended every 20k miles and approximate cost of 180.00 (basically tectron) you can get with Chevron gas or an additive you can do yourself.
