Good crew there, good service advisors. Took my Jag there to get service due to another location telling me I could. The Hunt Valley location treated me with respect even though I was frustrated with driving over there just to not be able to get my car serviced due to another locations error. A bit pricey but you expect that from a Jag dealer but a good service team means allowed the experience to be better than it otherwise would have.
Service advisor kept me well informed as well, as the technician. So far, no complaints whatsoever. I've been dealing with them for the last 5 years.
I was kept informed throughout the process by the representative and mechanic. I was sent a video via text showing the inspection of the vehicle.
I didn't have an appointment but they got me taken care of in a very reasonable time
This place really has the service experience perfected.
