Kris Zaire is my service advisor. I would recommend Kris to anyone that needs service at houston central jaguar. He is very professional, attentive, listens to the customers' concerns, makes sure the customer is well informed as to the findings and repairs needed for your vehicle. All this is done with a smile & jokes to ease what could possibly be a stressful time for the customer. Excellent!!! :)
Brought my car in because the low battery light kept coming on. I'd replaced the battery within the last year with a new DieHard battery from Firestone. Apparently the the Battery module was bad so had to replace that . You also replaced the battery but didn't give my any credit for the installed battery because "I didn't buy it there". In all my years of having batteries changed I've never had a place refuse to give me credit on the old battery if it was still good because I didn't buy it there
