Brought my car in for service my service advisor Jose F. made sure the problem I was having with my car got resolved. It was a big job the dealer was out of loaners but I was fortunate to be able to drive a luxury rental from Enterprise that Jaguar paid for. It was just like a Loaner
Raul is literally the ONLY reason I take my RANGE ROVER to the Hinsdale location. He has great customer service and amazing follow up. Definitely 5 star service!
