The service representatives are very professional; they addressed all my needs at every appointment. And I love getting my car back, clean as a whistle, inside and out.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I took my Jaguar in to repair my right brake light. There were several customers ahead of me but I was kept abreast about the wait time. They repaired the brake light to my satisfaction! I will definitely continue to use their services.
My husband made an huge error and scheduled a service for my car at the Jaquar Dealership in Columbia, SC (where we previously lived). Did not realize it until I arrived to deliver my car….to my surprise, I was told by Jacob Mehl, Client Service Executive, “not a problem, we can take care of you today!” I just knew he was going to say I was going to have to make an appointment since my husband made the error but he took care of me.
