I have been a customer for over 10 years. I took my Jaguar in to repair my right brake light. There were several customers ahead of me but I was kept abreast about the wait time. They repaired the brake light to my satisfaction! I will definitely continue to use their services.
My husband made an huge error and scheduled a service for my car at the Jaquar Dealership in Columbia, SC (where we previously lived). Did not realize it until I arrived to deliver my car….to my surprise, I was told by Jacob Mehl, Client Service Executive, “not a problem, we can take care of you today!” I just knew he was going to say I was going to have to make an appointment since my husband made the error but he took care of me. Took my Land Rover in to get an oil change and 4 wheel alignment, they went above and beyond and checked all my fluids and everything else on the car. They also gave me a loaner to drive while mine was there and when I went to pick my car up, it was nice and clean. They even washed it and cleaned it inside and out. The only place I trust for my cars needs.
