The air conditioner in my XJL went out abruptly and unexpectedly during the recent heat wave. My service representative, Diane, promptly got the car in for evaluation, but had no loaner vehicles available. She managed to get the problems evaluated quickly, but parts had to be ordered, and then there was a shipping delay, She did manage to locate a loaner after a few days, and regularly apprised me of parts arrival date and repair time.
