I have had the pleasure of using Jaguar Flatirons for the past 2 - 3 years and have been thoroughly impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. However, I was especially impressed when I picked up my XJ for service after a 75000 mile service appointment. I was about halfway home (a 4 hour drive) when I noticed how well the interior of the car had been cleaned by the valet who prepped it prior to my picking it up. Oil change / point inspection... service was great and the car runs smoothly however it is a brand new car with only 20k miles I feel that $1.178 for oil change was a bit salty...
Dave in the service center is awesome! He was wonderful to work with and took great care of me and my vehicle during the repair process.
