Very satisfied, mechanic/owner Terry goes the extra mile to solve auto problems, gives clear explanations, and even shows what was wrong with the parts that were replaced. Wife/office manager/co-owner Nathalie is a gem and an animal lover. Would highly recommend.
What a pleasure to deal with. I have a 1997 XK8 convertible. They were honest and friendly from day one. He really knows his Jaguars. Their prices were extremely reasonable. Let's face it, old Jaguar parts are not inexpensive by any means. And the fact that he only works on Jaguars Just increases his expertise. I moved to Florida three years ago, I wish I found him sooner. Couldn't give him a better rating than a 100 But I would if I could.
I have a 2001 XK8 serviced by Jag doctor and it is done the right way every-time. You know the staff knows what they are doing not unlike other places..thanks Thierry for taking good care of it.
