Had service done to my Jaguar. The service department was thorough and the atmosphere very helpful and answered all my questions. Service advisor and mechanic worked within my budget, got me a loaner, and finished all the service work in 3 - 4 hours - great work!
Jaguar Cincinnati- is the worst. Terrible dealership, terrible disrespectful staff. My name is NeFree Cook. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that gave me continous problems. The added insult to injury was the unscrupulous service department. I was told intentional lies and services we're performed on my vehicle without prior consent, involvement, nor authorization. Car parts were left on my leather seats during repairs with no protection barriers. Then I was told they would no longer service the vehicle I purchased... read more
