I can’t say enough great things about Jaguar Cincinnati. Every experience I’ve had has been exceptional, and it’s the people who make all the difference. My salesman, Glen, has been outstanding from day one. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and never makes you feel pressured. He genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy long after you’ve driven off the lot, and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. Their phone system is so bad, you get bounced around, you leave messages for service, nobody calls you back. If you punch 0 enough you get the main receptionist who has an attitude. I drive to the Jaguar/Porsche/Audi dealer on the south side of Dayton. They are 5 star all the way and worth the drive. I have bought 3 cars from Cincinnati Jaguar and that is how they treat repeat customers.

Had service done to my Jaguar. The service department was thorough and the atmosphere very helpful and answered all my questions. Service advisor and mechanic worked within my budget, got me a loaner, and finished all the service work in 3 - 4 hours - great work!
