Super impressed with sales rep Joe White. I was shopping from out of state and he took the initiative to send me vehicle information, videos, extra details, etc. He answered questions quickly, often within the hour, always within one business day. Very happy with my experience here.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received, lambert was absolutely horrible and rude. Never have I walked into a dealership and not been helped and instead stared at and ignored and then disrespected when asking for help. Management was just as bad, with the same terrible attitude. Do not go here. They are entitled and stuck up, would give 0 stars if i could.
Highly recommend Jaguar Chestefield and Lambert my sales person. I test drove a lot of makes when deciding on my next vehicle (Lincoln, Alfa, Mercedes) and this dealership provided the best experience and the XF exceeded my expectations.
