Maybe I can update this review when the service is complete, but so far if I could give a zero rating, I would. The customer service that I’ve received so far is beyond ridiculous. The so-called advisor is far from an advisor. They’ve not listened at all to what I brought my F-pace in for. They stated that I need a new battery even after I told them I bought a battery the day before I brought the vehicle in.
