Was in town for a funeral and had a tire bubble out in the sidewall. When to the service counter first thing Monday morning and explained my predicament. The service department absolutely had no interest in helping me. Cannot understand why no tire was available till sometime next week for my 2020 model car? Everyone at Jaguar Charleston/Astorg is amazing. Personally I recommend to see sales consultants Emily Cherry or Steve Reese! The entire team including Sales Manager, Brian Lister took time to find the vehicle I wanted with every option I wanted.

We can not say enough good things about our experience. Everyone was great. Emily was patient with us finding the the vehicle we wanted. We never felt pressured. This is definitely the only place we will ever buy a vehicle from.
