I arrived early in the morning for the servicing of my F-Pace, and the service team was expecting me and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I have called several times to get questions answered and a person says hold on and then additional people come on the line which is rather confusing Every time I call it seems to end in confusion and a general lack of knowledge about my Jaguar It is frustrating and shows a lack of comprehension
