I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Shawn Cottingham who was able to get me into my dream Jaguar. He was very honest, informative and helpful. This was an out of state purchase and he was extremely helpful in making it a smooth process.

Just pick up the car at this store was an Audi TT convertible , the service was good for a jaguar store im surprised, why i put two stars it’s because on picture that you see the covered was broken and im sure they know about it and regardless its my fault to don’t check before its that i fly late from Florida to North Carolina and drive back. I’m sure it will be my responsibility and pay for that but im not crazy to broke something and specially for an ´expensivé’´ car
Took calling 4 times to finally get ahold of someone that had no idea what they were talking about.
Brad makes sure to take good care of everyone coming through the Service Dept and the dealership itself is top-notch from Sales, Service and on through to the Parts team. Good folks over there at Cape Fear JLR
