Jaguar Of Buffalo service was great! Michelle was very helpful and as always provided excellent customer service.
Michelle was amazing , kept me updated on every aspect and got me a loaner car sooner than expected. Coolant issue was diagnosed promptly and I was glad to see the new parts were upgraded from the old plastic hoses (which are a known problem) to aluminum. Great service, professional. Final bill was less than original estimate. Could not be happier.
