I was really excited to go to the jaguar service center in brooklyn but no no no no!!! Terrible customer service - I had an appointment today to replace my tire under my tire insurance (purchased with jaguar manhattan). the greeter informed me that I could not use my insurance and would have to pay the service department directly to later be reimbursed by the insurance company. Fantastic Service Department! Truly refreshing! Everything was quick and easy. Gary listened to my concerns and made sure everything was addressed. He checked in with me every step of the way.
