My seventh Jaguar, a 2005 XJ Van den Plas, was thoroughly inspected by Nick prior to my purchasing it from a local used-car dealer. They patiently and thoroughly pointed out the pro's and cons (it's a 16-year old car after all). Recently, the air suspension system failed and , based on Nick's experience with these cars, I decided to have them remove that system altogether and replace with different and more reliable traditional shocks. Carol is attentive, helpful and provided "limo" service from the BART station to the shop.... read more
