Ms. Maria stayed in contact with me during the entire process & her husband, Reggie did the repairs on my son's Audi A-3 in a timely fashion. He even sent a video of the work that was done! I just purchased a Jaguar XF 35T from Carvana and wanted to have it thoroughly inspected before the 7 day trial period ended. Goes above and beyond! Ms. Maria and her husband were able to get my f-pace up and running after it was already at the jaguar dealership and another mechanic. Her husband was very knowledgeable and also sent me videos and explained everything thoroughly. I will always trust them with my vehicle.
