I am satisfied about 100% of the time when I come here. The entire staff is fantastic but I am happy David is my normal advisor because he always looks out for me. :)
First and foremost the service advisor Mr. K modeled what customer service should be for every customer. Next they didnot play "games" with my maintenance plan, He kept informed throughout the process, and kept his pertaining to following up. Upon picking up my car after service, he gave me the new car delivery experience and the ac set just right for the drive home.
