Stacia was very helpful and explained my needed repairs and kept me posted on the status of my repairs in a timely manner.
Timi was recommended to me and I was so happy to have him through the process of buying my vehicle. He was especially helpful on the getting to know my car, helping with me with my apps and controls. Technology is not my forte and he had great patience with me. I am so pleased with my vehicle ,the sales and financing. I hope the service side will be as wonderful!
The service team is amazing!! The way they greeted me, provided me a loaner same day, diagnosed the issues SAME DAY. They were able to fix the issue the same day and next day my car was ready for pick up. They were fast, efficient and made sure to follow up the next day to ensure my car was driving as it should. We were thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. My wife and I initially explored the Defender, but after test driving the Defender 110, we wanted to explore the Discovery as we thought it might be a better fit. My horrible experiences with this dealer continue. A couple of years ago, I had an engine failure on my 2013 LR4. A totally rude and obnoxious service advisor, (is no longer employed there) made the experience even more miserable. Update to 2025; I've been texting and calling Stacia about a spare smart key that I've asked to purchase for about two months.
