Matt with Land Rover Sudbury Service is phenomenal. He’s attentive and communicates every step of the way. Matt was also accommodating when I needed a loaner. All important qualities to have to be a great service rep!
Avoid this service department. with a critical "Low Coolant" warning despite the tank being completely full. Land Rover Sudbury was unable or unwilling to properly address what is clearly a warranty/sensor issue. It’s a major letdown to receive this level of service on a brand-new vehicle. This was my first and last time dealing with this dealership. I'm never coming back.
Another amazing experience at Land Rover Sudbury! This was my 4th purchase, and somehow they keep raising the bar. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Huge thanks to Saif and Ricky Arias in sales, and Matt in service, for making the trade and sale so easy. Plus, I got a great trade-in value!
I recently received a letter from Land Rover advising me to bring my car in for winter maintenance and to schedule an appointment. I went ahead and booked the service, rearranged my work plans, and even arranged for someone to come with me in a second car so I could leave my vehicle there.
