It seems like this dealership has turned into a three ring circus. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and the customer experience fell well below the standard of a luxury dealership. In hindsight, seeing the General Manager wearing two different shoes wasn’t the oddest part of my visit. It was simply the first sign that attention to detail wasn’t a priority.
We had an excellent experience here. Alex our sales rep was not only super knowledgeable, but patient and dedicated to finding and getting us the vehicle we wanted. He also helped immensely with the insurance and registration processes. Would 100% recommend.

Land Rover of Sudbury took complete advantage of me and sold me an absolutely dangerous mess of a pre-owned vehicle. Not only did they not do a thorough quality review of my vehicle as promised and advertised (or they did and disregarded it), but they also neglected to fix and replace broken items, even after making me aware of them, and then tried to make me pay for their negligence.
