I am leaving a 5 star review because of the excellent service Matthew provided me with. It is after the fact and too late to talk pricing but I do however think the pricing is outrageous. I think I paid $1400 for an oil change so for general maintenance I’ll probably avoid going to the dealer going forward.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I placed a deposit, completed a credit application, and was approved by Ally for financing. My F&I manager from the dealership I work at even tried multiple times to connect with their F&I manager, but our calls and follow-ups were never returned. I was also never presented with other bank options or rate choice, just left without alternatives.
