I purchased my 2024 Jaguar E Pace a year ago today from this Dealership. Previously I purchased a Range Rover from Land Rover Houston North and received first class service when I would take in my vehicle for service. They always had a loaner vehicle available for their customers and were very detailed with the service. The service dept was horrible- had Jaq corporate tow my car to them - about my windshield wiper light was on. I called ahead of time to see how long it would take and they said a day or two, but it took over a week . That day they didn’t even bother to call me to let me know they received my car I HADto call them . - the tow truck company drove an hour and a half to get to the dealership and the dealership knew they were on their way and and didn’t even bother to wait for them to come so the tow truck company had to turn aro... read more
