Harrison was soooo helpful in finding me the perfect car once I moved home! I couldn’t imagine a more smoother experience. Harrison was extremely knowledgeable and was able to match the perfect car on only a few small details! I will only shop with Armstrongs now that I’ve had this amazing experience. The only car place I know that doesn’t reply to any emails ever especially regarding a supposed outstanding balance invoice. I’ve sent multiple emails as well as an enquiry via your website still NO REPLY.(have had this issue many times previously with you as well). I have also been sent an outstanding balance($89:50 for a WOF) I never bought my car in for a WOF with you which is why I have tried to contact you multiple times to address a invoice on a vehicle report for a car with 6mm tyre tread which is not my current tyre ... read more
Extremely poor experience with this company and its manager, Brodie. I'm a North island buyer and traded my Mercedes for their newer Mercedes ( both GLC63s models) based on assurances that the car was in mint condition, had new brakes all round, had no damage, dents or noticeable scratches etc. This was not the case and in fact there is also stone chipping, broken windscreen surrounds ( badly glued together) rear star emblem glued on with silicon (which fell off) that Brodie won't acknowledge or repair.
