The best service experience in the area
Easy drop off and pick up, nice professional staff. Good communications while they have the vehicle.
4 hours for a scheduled oil service. Sent a text over the additional services they wanted to sell.
Pretty poor experience. Service rep didn’t listen to any of the stuff I wanted fixed like my broke side view mirror. Felt like their goal was to rush me in and out as fast as possible. Then the day I went to pick it up they were closed due to a power outage. It’s a two hour round trip for me. No apologies, no offer to knock a little off the bill, nothing.
