I’m extremely upset about the quality of work done on my car. Since 9/11/2019 @ 112,817 miles I had to replace the Valve Cover Gasket three (3) times (again on 7/16/25 @ 132,622 and on 3/25/26 @ 133,611) although I only drove the car less than 21,000 miles. I was unfairly charged twice for this repeated work. This work should have been done by a “certified mechanic”! This is not the first time an oil leak had to be redone on my car. The new service center is wonderful. Customer service is great. I would really like to see BMW have an express oil change service. 2 hours is too long. Ask the customer upon arrival if they want a car wash.
