Jag's has been in business over 20 years. We originally started OUT AS a hair salon. Over the years the Owner's Family suffered through many cancers. The owner herself HAD breast cancer. While going through treatments SHE found it very difficult to find a QUAILITY WIG and breast prosthesis. SO naturally SHE started to transition HER hair salon into what we DO today.

I owned the Foxy Lady wigs since 2004. I had a customer that came in & said she paid $1600 for a wig at Jags. She bought another 1 fr. me for $139.00, she went on Howard Aine & showed the wig fr. Jags then mine, everyone liked mine better. They cut their tags out of the wigs & tell people they make them when in fact I have 1 of their of their brochure & I name everyone one of their wigs, they were make by Noriko. There is not a $1600 wig to be sold to anyone. Those wigs R not expensive even tho they try to tell U that. Unles... read more
I encourage anyone who needs a wig (especially due to chemotherapy) to avoid Jag's at all costs. This is the most insensitive group of people that my family (going through the crisis of our mother fighting for her life) has ever come into contact with during this difficult time. They are only out to sell you the most expensive wig (over $1600) and do not care about their customers. The employees at the store are rude and cold to everyone who walks in. My mother goes to an oncology clinic and EVERY patient she has spoken to a... read more
BUYER BEWARE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. This is one of the most unsympathetic and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. They have brochures in hospitals, mammography centers, etc. DO NOT BE FOOLED. As one of the other complaintants stated, when things don"t go their way, they get ugly quick. They are most likely making 400-500% profit on the items they sell. If you want honest help, need a wig or prosthetics, go to the American Cancer Society or someone who has been through this.
Jag's Pink Ribbon has a black heart. Had nearly exact experience as first complainant and am currently in a dispute with them. Their "cranial prosthesis" has a $1650 price tag. BUYER BEWARE. Have heard similar stories within the Greater Cincinnati Cancer Community about his "business." Go to the American Family Cancer center in Cincinnati or to the many hospital wig boutiques and get a wash and wear for FREE!
The employees at this place come across as sweet ladies wanting to help during a difficult time; but when things don't quite go their way, they want to cheat the customer out of their money and won't give them the time of day, creating more stress. A relative was diagnosed with cancer and it was thought that she would lose her hair after treatment. I put a wig on hold, and paid for it with my credit card over the phone. My sister, through the power of prayer, had the surgery but did not need treatment afterwards. We did not ... read more
