About this business
Jag's has been in business over 20 years. We originally started OUT AS a hair salon. Over the years the Owner's Family suffered through many cancers. The owner herself HAD breast cancer. While going through treatments SHE found it very difficult to find a QUAILITY WIG and breast prosthesis. SO naturally SHE started to transition HER hair salon into what we DO today.

I don't normally do reviews unless I fell completely disappointed. I went in today for a "tour" there were 3 woman. The lady who was in between the age of the other two was so upsetting. It took so long for me to even call a place and make that step for a wig and I left feeling hurt. I was Immediately told, dont touch the wigs like I was 4 years old. I went in 10 days after my mastectomy and was greeted with the most unfriendly staff person. No smile and very cold. All I was looking for was a compression bra. Another lady entered the room (a lot nicer) and asked what I was currently wearing. When I started to unbutton my shirt to show her, the other lady said “it doesn’t look like he did a lot to you.” How cruel and rude. I was there today for a brief consultation and was incredibly impressed. Charla did the tour of the store (wig options) and basic orientation for me and was very informative and honest. I will be going back in a few days to pick out my wig. I have visited two other wig places here in Cincinnati and Jags by far, was the best. At a time when I am having dramatic hair loss, I feel comforted that I have Jags to lead me through the wig process.

The ladies at Jag's were so helpful and caring with my sister so much so she came to think of them as family.
