Bad care and insurance fraud. She used to be good, but recent care is horrible! She misdiagnosed me while telling me that my bad pain was normal and to just deal with it, and tried to shove on a crown that didn’t fit. She then told me she billed my insurance for a crown she refused to give me. The endodontist was shocked and referred me elsewhere.
I’ve been going here for over 3 years now and receive fantastic service each time. The staff is always nice, accommodating, and highly skilled. My family & I recommend Dr. Upadhyay!
I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Jagruti Upadhyay and all her staff! I've been going to her for years, since I lived in Fremont, then Sunnyvale, and now Livermore. She is a superbly competent dentist and a consummate professional. She's also compassionate and friendly, with a good sense of humor. Very personable, very professional--I can depend on Dr. Upadhyay for all necessary attention and good referrals when necessary. Thank you!
