Not good at all in communication or having products sent out. No wonder why they they only deal with hotels. They will waste your time. AVOID them if possible. I asked for a small sample 4 months ago to start a restaurant and definitely never got it even after being promised to send it out. They DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH!
