TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been going to Pedro since 2020. Been a loyal customer for over five plus years. Made over 50+ appointments and never showed up late at all or cancelled..ever. Any time Pedro would run a bit late I would comply and wait to be called up even if it was 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
