This location was very unprofessional. I went to this location(Maumee) in December, 2025. In February, Dr. Schribner said I would be scheduled for a Nerve Ablation., The staff put in the wrong information with Medicare & was told I had to have 2 Branch Tests first. It was a horrible experience of back & forth conversations indicating I was approved & then not approved. This went on for 2 1/2 months. I finally transferred my medical records to another Pain Mgmt. location. I went in that office one day & the very next... read more
Very happy with the women Amy,Susan andAmanda ,Amy.In the cardiovascular imaging dept.Team work is shown in this dept.Keep up the good work.
Ive been trying for over 1 year to resolve a quality of care concern & address a billing issue. All i get is unanswered questions with false promises to call me back. Promedica is the only resolution. Mercy is horrendous at best.
Not a bad place but the hours make it hard to get in when you got a job.
Went to er via ambulance for leg & back pain. Pain in leg 7 - can't bear weight, walk with walker or cane, fall risk. Never addressed why I was there, concentrated on my back pain not my leg pain which is why I came. Told me to walk out to the lobby when I was ready - duh - fall risk, use walker or cane (didn't bring with me in ambulance). Sub zero rating, staff uncaring.
First, why can patients no longer call ahead to schedule labs? This was so helpful, and the decision to stop this, during the pandemic no less, makes the process more frustrating and time consuming. I went in for labs on 3/4/24. One of the labs had to be done 12 hrs after a dose of medication. I asked if the admissions person (Ronni) could put a note with my labs so the lab knew this. She said "they'll know." I said, "How will they know?" She answered with a shrug. I explained there was no way for them to know the time, bec... read more
Dr Mani is a tyrant that knows everything and we are stupid. The hospital called matter I walked out, and just wanted to reschedule. She told me she didn’t want hear what happened. They only want money and to work for Pharmaceutical companies. In the Bible Galatians 5:19 they are called Pharmakeia and the NIV translated it to witches. Mani is on record for pushing the Covid Vaccine that has killed millions. Remember the Nuremberg trials? Unless your arm is chopped off do not go to the doctor. They lie and are killing peoples... read more
Yesterday we took my daughter the the ER for a shoulder injury. The nursing staff was fantastic however Dr. Davis was less than pleasant. He refused to give me a copy of her x-ray stating that it would be a HIPPA violation. However, as her guardian I am entitled to her records. Went on to talk about how politicians write these laws and have too much control, finished by saying that he would say more but there are women and children in the room. (Sorry to tell you but if you can’t say it to them you probably shouldn’t be s... read more
Please look into the unsanitary practices here. The staff is lethargic and almost appear to be 1st year handling patients alone. Physicians seemed nor annoyed than helpful. Was told no reason to be here. This was a Saturday and on Monday was transported to Christ via ambulance where I was given a diagnosis,
