Dr. Sodhi was a competent surgeon. He has a fine bedside manner and was clear and precise. The reason for the incredibly low rating is his staff. They do not return phone calls. My mom visited Jagdeep Sodhi for hand pain, hoping for relief, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. He administered two steroid injections, and shortly after, she developed a severe staph infection due to what appeared to be unclean needles. Instead of taking responsibility, he showed a complete lack of remorse and brushed off our concerns with a shockingly narcissistic attitude.
